Logging in with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

Once Multi Factor Authentication is setup on the users account (see related article) you will be prompted for a token after you enter your username and password.

Enter your credentials and click Sign in

On the next page you will be asked for your 6 digit token

You can click the Remember this device for 30 days checkbox for convenience. This means that for 30 days, you will not be prompted for a token on the device you are currently logging in from.

You can start to type your token immediately

You should not need to click on each line to enter the next number. Once a digit is entered, it will move you to the next square

Once all 6 digits are entered, the inputs will disable and go a slightly light grey colour and then send us the token.

If the token is entered correctly and in time then you will immediately be logged in

If the token is not valid or not entered in on time, you will be returned to the token screen to enter it again with an error message that the token was invalid
