Using folders to organise your contracts

When you login to ContractHound initially, you will be presented with a Folder view of your contracts like so:



If I click on the Leases sub-folder in the image above, you can see we have 1 contract file and 1 sub-folder underneath:


You can create folders within folders within folders up to six deep. If you click on the Actions menu item and then on Create Folder



You will now be prompted to enter the folder name you'd like to create. Type that in and hit the Create button




You'll now see an empty folder called New Folder inside your current folder



Folders are great way to group contracts together for easier navigation.


They are also a way to help assign permissions to users. See the related article on permissions for information
